In August 2019, Anson Construction Malaysia won the bid for the project of Space Residency. The project is located in the heart of Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and consists of three 56-storey high-rise projects. It is currently the second-highest building in Johor Bahru and integrates residential, shopping mall and hotel. The construction content includes the underground electrical and mechanical installation projects. Contract value MYR 500,000.
